The IEEE Societies/Councils Congress is a new annual strategic leadership gathering for senior volunteer leaders from across IEEE Societies and Councils as well as Technical Activities to network, learn, collaborate, innovate and create strategic impact in their operating units and IEEE Technical Activities.
While attendance is by invitation, registrations are also available to non-invited participants at the following rates:
Full Congress

All sessions and evening events.

Monday Only
Includes:
The Sunday evening Welcome Reception and full access to all Monday programming.
Rate: $250
Tuesday Only
Includes:
Full access to all Tuesday programming.
Rate: $200
Companion Registration
Includes:
Access to evening events on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday
Rate: $100

Cancellation Policy
For those participants registering via the above rates, all refund/cancellation requests must be provided in writing and received by August 7, 2026. There will be an administrative fee of US$100 deducted from each refund.
