President-Elect Gostin is Principal Research Scientist Emeritus at GTRI, where her work focused on sensor systems and software. She served on the IEEE Board of Directors as MGA Vice President, and Region 3 Director, and on the IEEE Computer and IEEE Aerospace and Electronic Systems societies’ boards of governors and the Sensor Council’s Executive Committee.

Dalma Novak is the past VP of IEEE Technical Activities and VP of Engineering at Octane Wireless. She is an IEEE Fellow and a recipient of the IEEE Photonics Society Engineering Achievement Award. Her previous volunteer roles also include Division X Director (2021 – 2022) and IEEE Photonics Society President (2014 – 2015).
